HD325-7

The HD325-7 has a Variable horsepower control (VHP) in Economy mode and automatic idling setting system (AISS).

Oil-bath cooled multiple disk brakes are hydraulically controlled, retarded by the ASRC system (Automatic retard speed control).

It has a high rigidity frame and a 7.2 m minimum turning radius. An ASR (Automatic spin regulator) and a memory card type PLM II (Payload meter II) can be optionally installed.

The braking system is fully hydraulic, all the main components of the machine were manufactured by Komatsu, and it also has a highly rigid frame, oil cooling multiple discs brakes, flat face-to-face O-ring seals, sealed DT connectors and a highly reliable hydraulic system.

The HD325-7 has an extended oil change interval, centralized filters and grease points, flange type rims and the KOMTRAX Plus monitoring system.

Komatsu, following its Ecology and Economy policy, continues to develop engines with high performance low-emission technologies, complying with the most rigorous environmental standards, such as the new EU Stage 3A and EPA Tier III emission regulations.

With this technology, Komatsu introduces its new Ecot3 engines with total electronic control system; fuel injection (Heavy-duty and high-pressure common rail); exhaust gas recirculation (EGR); air to air aftercooler and a new combustion chamber design; and NOx, PM and fuel consumption reducing systems.

The cab is ergonomically designed. The machine has an easy-to-see instrument panel, a seat with pneumatic suspension, a tiltable, telescoping steering wheel, low effort pedals, an electric body control lever, all-terrain hydro-pneumatic suspension, viscous cab mounts, K-ATOMICS with the Skip-Shift function, incorporated ROPS/FOPS, automatic supplementary steering, secondary pedal brakes, and a front ladder with handrail. A three-mode hydro-pneumatic suspension (automatic suspension specification) can be optionally installed.
