1 Diesel motor fluid

This fluid has excellent resistance to oxidation, wear and residue accumulation that could decrease its fuel efficiency. In addition, it is developed to protect all moving engine components under very demanding conditions, ensuring the internal cleanliness provided by its detergent function.

2 Transmission fluid

The transmission is one of the main components in a piece of equipment, because it transmits power from the engine and distributes it efficiently to differentials or final drives in order to propel the machine. Komatsu offers two types of transmission fluids, which operate depending on the temperature of the region in which it operates.

3 Differential fluid

This fluid is specially designed for construction and mining equipment differentials, protecting and lubricating each of its parts in different operating conditions.

4 Hydraulic fluid

Komatsu's original high standard hydraulic fluid maximizes the performance of components subjected to high demands, extending the life of components and equipment.

5 Komatsu coolant

This high-performance, long-life coolant can be used for two years or 4,000 hours, protecting the system from corrosion, cavitation and freezing in low temperature conditions.

Diesel motor fluid

Delivers superior anti-wear performance through the protective film that covers major components such as cams, rings, pistons, etc., in the lubrication process.
Prevents corrosion of engine parts caused by fuel sulfide (SOx) and fluid oxidation.
Reduces the formation of insoluble soot fractions and limits carbon abrasion.
Reduces carbon build-up and keeps the area around the engine combustion chamber clean.
It has passed rigorous thermal stability tests both in the laboratory and in operation, allowing for extended lubrication properties, which prevent deterioration of engine components.

Transmission fluid

It has an anti-wear function.
Protects against cracking of components, reducing friction between them.
Heat resistant due to its viscosity. TO10 transmission fluid has a lower viscosity for lower temperature locations, while TO30 fluid is ideal for high temperature locations.

Thanks to its unique formula, Komatsu genuine fluid provides high resistance to wear of the hydraulic components where it is used.
