GNSS Versatile Receptor

Hiper VR

The Hiper VR is a complete and versatile solution in many ways. Using Topcon's advanced GNSS chipset with universal tracking channel technology, the HiPer VR automatically tracks all previous satellite signals, now and in the future. It can be used for post-processed static or kinematic GNSS surveys, as a network RTK mobile with the FC-5000's internal 4G / LTE cellular modem, as a UHF / FH / Longlink RTK mobile on-site and also in the hybrid positioning workflow.

By combining a 9-axis inertial measurement unit (IMU) together with a digital compass, it can accurately compensate for up to 15° of tilt allowing it to measure right up to the edge of a building without using an offset. As with many other Topcon technologies, TILT (Topcon Inertial Leveling Technology) is designed to solve real-world challenges, so your job becomes easier, faster and better.

Compact

The best things come in small boxes“ The HiPer VR is smaller and lighter, but don't be fooled by its size. Not only does it incorporate the most advanced GNSS technology, it is designed to withstand the harshest environments. Constructed with a robust casing, without flimsy plastic, it can withstand jobsite conditions. Using the advanced GNSS chipset with Universal Tracking ChannelsTM technology, the receiver automatically tracks each and every satellite signal, now and in the future. All signals, satellites and constellations, all in a robust and compact design, with integrated IMU and electronic compass.

IMU and TILT

TILTTM: Topcon Integrated Leveling Technology. The HiPer VR incorporates a revolutionary 9-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) and an ultra-compact 3-axis electronic compass. This advanced technology compensates for off-lead ground uneven measurements up to 15 degrees. Complicated shots on steep slopes or in hard-to-reach places are now a breeze thanks to TILT technology.
