As\u00ed se vivi\u00f3 la segunda edici\u00f3n del Komatsu Sales Training (KST) en Quer\u00e9taro, M\u00e9xico, donde m\u00e1s de 70 representantes de 14 pa\u00edses se reunieron para fortalecer sus habilidades comerciales, actualizarse en nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y compartir buenas pr\u00e1cticas de venta con un objetivo com\u00fan: entender mejor a nuestros clientes y seguir creciendo juntos.<\/p>\n<p>El encuentro organizado por el equipo de Komatsu Latinoam\u00e9rica en Chile, combin\u00f3 teor\u00eda, pr\u00e1ctica y mucha acci\u00f3n. Los participantes vivieron una experiencia en terreno \u00fanica, probando equipos y con una presentaci\u00f3n de Smartconstruction. Adem\u00e1s, tuvieron la oportunidad de tener contacto directo con los Product Managers lo que fortaleci\u00f3 lazos y ayud\u00f3 al intercambio de informaci\u00f3n relevante para el distribuidor. Con esto, el vendedor podr\u00e1 traspasar todo el conocimiento a la fuerza de venta de su pa\u00eds para que se transmita de forma lineal a toda la compa\u00f1\u00eda. \u00a1Una jornada de pura adrenalina, desempe\u00f1o y orgullo Komatsu!<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se abordaron temas esenciales como garant\u00edas extendidas, contratos de servicio y herramientas de marketing, que fortalecen la relaci\u00f3n con los clientes y potencian la gesti\u00f3n comercial.
