Energy, knowledge, and passion for equipment! This was the spirit of the second edition of the Komatsu Sales Training (KST) in Querétaro, Mexico, where more than 70 representatives from 14 countries gathered to sharpen their commercial skills, get updates on new technologies, and share sales best practices. All with one common goal: to better understand our customers and continue growing together.
Organized by the Komatsu Latin America team in Chile, the encounter combined theory, practice, and plenty of action. Participants enjoyed a unique hands-on experience, testing equipment and attending a Smart Construction presentation. Furthermore, they had the opportunity for direct contact with Product Managers, strengthening ties and facilitating the exchange of vital information for our dealers. This enables each representative to transfer this knowledge to their local sales force, ensuring consistent communication across the entire company. It was a day of pure adrenaline, performance, and Komatsu pride!
The training also covered essential topics such as extended warranties, service contracts, and marketing tools, which strengthen customer relationships and boost commercial management. Through this experience, Komatsu proves once again that learning can be exciting and that our sales network is more prepared than ever to bring the Komatsu power to every corner of Latin America.
