From the significant award of 21 PC360-8M2 excavators through Komatsu Mitsui Maquinarias Peru, to the benefits of Aftermarket’s Undercarriage system, better known as UMS; each achievement is a testimony to the work of our team and the trust that our customers place in all of us.

Our delegation’s participation in Minexpo 2024 was another important milestone. This event allowed us to reaffirm our leadership in the mining sector and present our trends in the mining industry at a global level; this year specifically towards new technologies such as electrification, digitalization and advances in mining 4.0 innovation.

However, beyond individual achievements, what really drives us is the constant search for continuous improvement. That is why we greatly value the feedback received in surveys, the voice of the distributor and the voice of the customer. Your comments and suggestions are essential for us to continue to improve our level of service to our customers and also allow us to adapt to the changing needs of the market and offer increasingly customized products and services.

I want to continue to emphasize that we must keep focusing on market share growth with greater momentum. Although we have been improving in some territories, we still have many opportunities to grow in the region, so I invite you to continue placing the customer as the main focus and looking for options to improve their level of satisfaction, which will clearly allow us to continue growing together with them.
