In this new issue, as we approach the close of fiscal year 2023, we remain focused on advancing our medium-term goals, despite the volatile economic situation in the region and the presidential election processes that af fect our Latin American distributor network in one way or another.
Given this context, we will focus on the development of our business and on resuming the “your voice” sur vey with you, our distributors, as well as on starting to raise the voice of our customers in some territories with the aim of listening to them and constantly improving and working as a team in order to create value together.
In this edition we have positive news such as the boost in the sale of used equipment, as well as the sale of new mining equipment, such as the new 830E-1AC truck award for Grupo Mexico.
We also showed what Komatsu has accomplished in training and knowledge exchange to continue strengthening the capabilities and suppor t of our distributor networ kin the region. We continue to promoteour product range with the reinforcement of the PC200-10 M0 CE, which you will be able to see in this material.
In addition, I would like to share with you the work we have done in the area of SSOMA and Carbon Footprint, since as a company we want to continue contributing to the environment. We told you about the visit of executives, distributors and customers to Japan, which was aimed at enhancing the relationship, soaking them in the Japanese culture, and getting to know first hand the factories in Ibaraki and Osaka, where the machines are produced, as well as the Technology Center in Chiba.
For this and more, we invite you to participate and stay connected to tap into all the opportunities that come our way and work together for the continuous improvement of the business where we are immersed.
