The Woman’s Leadership Program is a regional program that took place for the first time in Latin America this year. The program aims to develop women’s leadership in the organization, promote the incorporation of more women leaders and provide them with tools for their own challenges, as well as in their work team.
The inspiration comes from Komatsu Ltd’s executive development program for women managers known as the Diversity and Inclusion Development Seminar (DIDS) that was launched in 2018 , hence the idea of implementing similar programs in Latin America.
“We believe that diversit y is a value both for our business and for all of us who work at Komatsu.
