FY26 Training Plan: Strengthening Capacities Across the Network

Training

A regional roadmap that integrates technology, continuous learning, and collaboration to develop key competencies and enhance business performance.

Komatsu Latin America presents the training schedule for Q1 and Q2 of FY26, an initiative aimed at strengthening capacity building across the entire dealer network.

This plan is part of the Regional Training Network (RRE), promoting training that is more efficient, collaborative, and aligned with business challenges.

The program combines technical, sales, and development training for various roles, incorporating in-person sessions, webinars, and hybrid formats.

One of the main focuses is the integration of technology into learning, through simulators, digital platforms, and new virtual reality tools, which allow for training in conditions that more closely resemble actual operations and improve learning effectiveness.

This continuous learning approach aims to strengthen competencies, improve operations, and generate a direct impact on productivity, safety, and service quality.
