Komatsu Warranty Pro: Did you know…?

Komatsu offers the Komatsu Warranty PRO program in Latin America, a specialized after-sales service that provides additional high-level coverage in protection and quality of service to support the operation, productivity and business of our Customers.

This service extends the term of standard warranties by protecting the end user for a longer period of time if manufacturing issues such as defective materials or design problems are detected. This excludes consumables and wear items, non-genuine accessories, hydraulics, solenoid valves and cab elements, among others.

The Komatsu Warranty Pro extended warranty program is not mandatory, but when purchased, it provides customers with extra insurance ranging from 12 to 60 months.

Eduardo Kaid, Aftermarket Director for Komatsu Latin America, said: “We know that extended warranties will enhance the quality of Customer service and increase Customer loyalty.”

The joint work between Komatsu in Latin America and Komatsu Ltd. allowed us to develop “a tailor-made product and understand the relevance of extended warranties in the construction market, strengthening our value offer”, said Nicolás Salvo, Regional Warranty and Management Control Manager of Komatsu Latin America.
