It is an honor to welcome you to the IX annual Komatsu Latin America distributor meeting in Bogot\u00e1, Colombia. Instance of participation that gives us the opportunity to interact, share ideas, experiences and knowledge and continue growing as a single work team with the common objective of continuing to develop Komatsu’s business.<\/p>\n
We will begin the meeting with the global and regional view of the company. Like last year, we will organize the presentations in line with the medium-term strategic focuses that we have set, with a focus on business sustainability activities, both from an ESG point of view, as well as from the growth of MS as another measure of being sustainable.<\/p>\n
In this context we want to share ideas on how to leverage the equipment and spare parts construction business with the use of technology and applications, and of course the human skills that are required.<\/p>\n
For the 2nd Conference, we will once again have a Technology module to review with you the tools that Komatsu is developing to leverage the business such as applications, Smart Construction, teleoperation and the use of artificial intelligence, especially in the area of spare parts.<\/p>\n
We will also talk about the development of engineering capabilities as a tool and support for medium-sized mining along with all the training offer that we have available for our distributors.<\/p>\n
Additionally, and as usual, we prepared a Field Day with the objective of carrying out the official launch of the PC360-8M2 of KLTD origin and PC200-10M0 CE of KSC origin equipment. In that same activity, we will show in a practical way the use of Smart Construction tools.<\/p>\n
It should be noted that, based on the aforementioned topics, we continue working to improve our market share, through plans and actions, reflected in the JWM, with the main objective of boosting the presence of the brand and anticipating the future to be at the forefront, innovating and delivering technological solutions that positively impact the business of our clients in Latin America.<\/p>\n
