Santiago: The Komatsu Cummins Group achieved great progress and growth regarding companies with the greatest capacity to recruit and retain talent, according to the 2019 report prepared in Chile by Merco (Corporate Reputation Business Monitor, by its initials in Spanish).
The group was situated by the entity in the 15th place, which involves a major progress related to the same result in the 2018 version when it was in the 72nd place in that ranking.
With this acknowledgement, Komatsu Cummins leads the machinery sector for the first time since the Merco assessment has been applied in Chile.
This important milestone was highlighted by Komatsu Cummins´ Director of Corporative Affairs, Jaime Uribe, who noted that “We are proud to be recognized as one of the companies that best attracts and retains talent. This breakthrough is a reflection of the work we are doing in this area, especially focused on our organizational culture.”
Other elements highlighted in the Merco survey were the recruitment and selection model, which was appreciated by applicants and chosen candidates.
